As we grow…

Parker Internal Medicine has grown rapidly thanks to the word of mouth recommendations we have received from our loyal patients. In fact, 90 percent of our new patients find out about us from an established patient! We think that the success of our practice is directly related to providing excellent customer service in addition to excellent medical care.

As many of you know, Dr. Patel will be on maternity leave in the near future, and we will all miss her during this rich time for her and her family. Our business team and I are prepared to address the challenges that will be present during her absence in order to be certain that your access to medical care and excellent service is not compromised. Even with our planning and preparation, there may be emergencies and conditions that arise that will strain our capacity.

We are working to have Kristene Diggins, NP, rejoin our practice during Dr. Patel's absence. Additionally, I will not be accepting new patients at this time in order to ensure that I will always be available to maintain our current level of service to our established patients. Our priority is to continue to provide excellent service to our loyal patients, and we trust that practice growth will come in the future if we continue to due an outstanding job.

You can expect our office staff to make every effort to maintain excellent service. However, if you ever have any concerns, we invite you to address these issues with us as we continue to work towards a goal of operational excellence.

We hope you will join us in celebrating the miracle of childbirth and that you will be patient and understanding as our office works to handle the increased patient load during Dr. Patel's absence.
