Medication: Request a prescription refill at your convenience, day or night.

Reminders: Receive an email for reminders, upcoming appointments and statements.

Messages: Send and receive confidential messages.

Appointments: Request new appointment and view upcoming appointments.

Statements: Examine current and past statements.

Demographics: Enter or modify personal information and other demographic information.

How to Register

As with any new service involving the regulations of the HIPPA, there are some necessary steps we want to complete so that we may activate your web access.
1. Download and complete the (click here) registration form.
2. Fax (704-384-1610) or mail the form to our office.
3. We will mail the temporary pass code to you.
4. When you have your temporary pass code, click here to activate your Portal access.
